Family Lawyers Las Vegas is seeking a Senior Associate Attorney to join our dedicated and dynamic family law team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in divorce and family law, with the experience and confidence to manage cases from start to finish.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of family law cases, including divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, property division, and family law appeals.
- Handle a caseload with minimal supervision.
- Draft and review legal documents such as pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements.
- Represent clients in court hearings, trials, mediations, and depositions.
- Advise clients on their options and potential outcomes.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to keep them informed of case progress.
- Mentor associates and legal staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
We are hiring: Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in Nevada.
- 5+ years of experience in family law with a focus on divorce cases.
- Proven track record of successfully handling cases.
- Proficiency in both Spanish and English is highly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to advocate for clients’ interests.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
